Fengqiyun – Cloud Computing for Hong Kong Startups

AfterShip has received lots of helping hands since winning the 2011 Global Startup Battle.  Being an SaaS app for tracking packages, we have to handle a large volume of shipments and send out thousands of notifications on time – cloud technology is the solution. We luckily received sponsorship for the cloud services by Fengqiyun, a Joyent-powered cloud infrastructure in Hong Kong and China, since we launched our open beta.

While Fengqiyun provides services to big clients like Linkedin or Kabam, they have been very active in the Hong Kong startup scene and give advices and supports to newbies like us. One point to note – they have 7+ year experiences providing public cloud services without blackout!
